Clear kitchen counters completely (stow paper towels, soap, sponges, racks).
Remove all magnets, photos, and papers from the refrigerator.
Bathrooms
Put all toilet lids DOWN.
Hide all personal toiletries (shampoos, razors, toothbrushes) under the sink.
Hang fresh, neatly folded matching towels.
Exterior & Curb Appeal
Move all vehicles out of the driveway and away from the front curb.
Stow garden hoses, trash/recycling bins, lawn mowers, and pet equipment.
Mow the lawn and rake stray leaves before shoot day.
