Expect our team to be on-site for 60 to 120 minutes, depending on property size and shoot details (video, drone, 3D tours, etc.). A more accurate timeframe will be on your readiness checklist

While not strictly required, we highly recommend stepping out or relaxing on the back patio with your pets. This allows our photographer(s) to move swiftly from room to room without reflections or accidental appearances!
Also note that we use wide lenses, so many times it may be hard to know if you are in the shot

Overcast skies actually produce beautiful interior light! If heavy rain restricts exterior or drone captures, we will complete the interior media as scheduled and coordinate a brief return visit for outdoor shots.
Also note that we use wide lenses, so many times it may be hard to know if you are in the shot

Standard garages are typically skipped, making them the absolute BEST place to stack packed boxes, plastic totes, and pet supplies!
Note: If your garage features custom work (epoxy floors, workshop, EV charger) that your agent wants featured, just let us know in advance so we can ensure it is prepped.

Our aerial cameras capture a 360° view of the property bounds—including side yards, back patios, and behind sheds. Please make sure hoses, trash bins, tools, and dog toys are stored completely out of sight inside a shed or garage!

To protect your belongings and stay on schedule, our photographers do not move heavy furniture or personal clutter. We handle minor micro-adjustments (straightening pillows, tweaking lamps), so please ensure all items are stowed prior to arrival.
